Family matters

Our grandpa wanted to help spread the word of our store opening and thought why not bring his roadster to display at the store? We thought it was a great idea! He has built tons of roadsters over the years and the one we have pictured won a bunch of awards...we are very proud of him! (Pictured above is my grandpa Larry and our mom Karee)

Graduation party ideas

Its that time of year again...graduation time...which means parties! Our family is having a big party for our sister Jamie who is graduating from Cal State Fullerton! Of course we need some cute outdoor decor for the occasion like these wrought iron tea light holders:

Homemade Pillows

Sometimes we try to find cute inexpensive pillows and they are no where to be found! Our mom used to make tons of pillows when we were growing up and she got the itch to make some to sell here at our store!

So many boxes, so little time!

After we opened about the 50th box, we girls were defenilty getting silly! Good thing we had some good tunes to keep us going...

Jamie filmed a "before" video of our store. You will clearly see that we do not take ourselves too seriously and we are so typical of three sisters that pick on each other!

On a mission for store props!

We searched high and low to find unique pieces to display our merchandise in our store. We may have not gone to most glamorous places and we got very dirty and sunburned nonetheless...but it was all worth it in the end. Jamie thought it would cool if we took a couple videos to document the making of our store and at first I (Renee') thought that is silly but the idea grew on me. Hence this video of me loaded up to the max in our old family van, almost too scared to drive!

On a hunt...

Here is the story on this one...

Our mom had this deer head in her old store and we loved it and thought..."Why not have an interesting animal hanging in our store for tradition?" Well sadly we could not find quite the right one or it was just way too expensive! We will keep looking though so you never know. As you can see my sister Andrea got inspired by animals and made this lovely face ha ha!

Family affair

We defenitely could not build this store with out the help of our family! We are very blessed with talented parents who know how to build/paint/fix anything! Oh yeah and they work for free (willingly? Maybe not so much). Our dad's running joke: " Oh its monday tomorrow, I can't wait for my day off" He works monday through friday but considers his day job his "weekend". As for our mom, she never sits down but she is not normal we always have to remind her of that! We also have some great family friends like the Grasingers and the Beckers who have stopped by to help out as well...we cannot thank you enough!

Our new home!

We had to look really hard to find an affordable, funky location and when we got word of a spot opening on Via Fabricante...we were pleasantly surprised! This is because about 5 years ago, our mom Karee Delsigne had a store on this very same street! Ever since we could remember our mom was crafting or creating and started off selling out of our house. Then she opened up a couple retail stores over the past few years and did very well and made sure to teach us her ways. Well she taught us too well because us sisters got the itch ourselves to open our own store! We felt it was time to spread our wings...
